I discovered running during the COVID lockdown. What started as a way of getting out of the house to clear my head quickly evolved into logging 20 to 30 miles weekly. The benefits have been amazing - from mental health to physical health gains. I cannot stress enough how much this has changed and saved my life.
I look around me and see that many do not have access to something this basic but life altering. I am partnering with Chicago Run to share the same gift with others, and together we can all have a healthier future for our kids.
